Timely EXIM Movements

Globicon understands it’s customer’s requirement of moving the boxes timely from the Port to its facility within the Port’s free time. To ensure timely movement, we have a dedicated team of professionals, who continuously are tracking the movement of the boxes and interacting with the Port officials for evacuation of boxes to the facility.

Cargo Delivery (FCL & LCL's) to Customer's desired destination

Globicon has engaged housekeeping agency who round the clock ensures the cleanliness of the Yard and Warehouses. It is ensured that there are no repair and maintenance activities inside the yard and no oil spills and provide accident free zone.

Carting and Stuffing of Export Cargo

With a warehouse capacity of 4500 sqm and 16 loading bays exclusively for handling Export cargo, Globicon handles approx 1000 Teus of its monthly volumes in the Export Segment.

With robust systems, advanced technologies, dedicated professionals and state of the art infrastructure, Globicon remains and strives to achieve the ‘Preferred CFS’.

Storage and Delivery of Bonded cargo

Globicon has engaged housekeeping agency that round the clock ensures the cleanliness of the Globicon renders to its customers, a specialised, secure, safe, clean, and demarcated Bonded Warehouse for Duty Deferred cargo storing duty deferred bonded cargo. With a combination of Battery Operated Forklifts working inside the warehouse and Diesel operated Forklifts for de-stuffing the container, Globicon focuses on time and cost, while maintaining high standards of delivery. Yard and Warehouses.

It is ensured that there are no repair and maintenance activities inside the yard and no oil spills and provide an accident-free zone.

Evacuation from Port

Situated at a strategic location from the Port,To ensure timely movement, we have a dedicated team of professionals, who continuously are tracking the movement of the boxes and interacting with the Port officials for evacuation of boxes to the facility.

Handling and Storage of Temperature Controlled Cargo

With a view of extending more specialized services to it’s customers, a Temperature controlled room has been commissioned to cater to refrigerated cargo.

We have 690 pallet postions, 2 ambient chilled chambers(+2deg to 20deg) along with a double deep racking system for storing cargoes.

Direct Port Delivery

The introduction of DPD’s to avail some direct benefits to the importers like prompt and timely delivery leading to a reduction in inventory costs and reduction in dwell time for containerised cargo was not successful to the full extent as intended to be.

This gave rise to DPD – Preferred CFS status which allows the importers to move the DPD Boxes to the CFS of their Choice.
