Jacob Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Arts stream. He holds a diploma in Computer Science, rail transport management, multi-modal transport, logistics management, & containerization and shipping and international trade. He has also attained technical training in port management from the National Institute of Port Management, Chennai.
He acquired rich experience of over 30 years in container terminal handling and CFS management at Container Corporation of India for 11 years and Indian Railways for 5yrs. He worked in Gateway Distriparks Limited as Sr.Vice-President-Operations for 15 years.
Mr. Salim Shikalgar hold a Mechanical Engineer degree from Govt. College of Engineering, Karad and Master in Business Administration (Finance) from SIES College of Management Studies, Mumbai. He is a result oriented professional with 28 years of experience in Strategic planning, Operations management, Sales & marketing, Logistics, and other related fields. He has been managing logistics, warehouse, transportation & customer services while monitoring compliance with laws, regulations & ISO requirements.
He has been associated with Ameya Logistics Pvt. Ltd and carries rich experience from companies of repute like Bajaj Auto ltd, Mumbai Port Trust, ULACFS, Forbes & Company and APM terminals.
Sandeep has over 27 years of affluent experience in dealing with the most important asset of any organization, i.e., its people. He has experience in implementing innovative HR strategies at manufacturing, process outsourcing, and financial organizations. His accomplishments include implementing a comprehensive strategic plan and redesigning HR operations to improve effectiveness in Talent Management, retention, and professional development. He will be responsible for overseeing the HR, IR, Admin and Business Excellence PAN India for all group companies.
He is a science graduate and Master of Social Work (MSW) from Aurangabad University.
He has worked with reputed organizations such as Videocon International Limited, WNS Global Services, E-Nxt Financials Ltd., Tata Securities Ltd., Tata Capital, and was last associated with Care Ratings Limited.
A Science graduate with a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specialized in Information Technology, holds an experience of 22 years in the CFS Sector. Having an expertise in I.T and Operations, is a certified Internal auditor for various quality standards.
Has been involved in Start-ups, having experience in setting up and managing IT systems, controls and process for CFS’s to facilitate smooth operations. procurement and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment’s. A committed professional and would strive for excellence.
Aqeel Inamdar is a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai. He has been associated with the shipping & logistics industry since 1989 starting his career with JM Baxi group (CMBT), where he worked for Export Operations, Consoles, & Vessel Operations. He headed Import & Sales Division at Gateway Distriparks where he served for 17 years. He comes with an immense knowledge of handling CFS operations, Project Cargo, compliances related to Customs.
At Globicon Terminal , he is In-charge of the Commercials and Operations since June 2018.
Salil is a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai. He has been associated with the shipping & logistics industry since 1995 starting his career with PATVOLK (Forbes group) as a management trainee where he worked for carriers like CGM Line, Lloyd Triestino, Frate Line (NVOCC) and ISO Tank operators namely Cargo Tank and the Hoyer Group. He has experience working with agency houses like JM Baxi (agents for Shipping Corporation of India) and German Express Shipping Agency (agents for Hapag Lloyd) in the operations, customer support and marketing divisions for pan India locations. He has been an integral member of the Trade Management team for Global carriers like CP Ships and Hapag Lloyd handling the pricing desk for the North & South America trade lanes from the Indian sub-continent region.
Prior to joining Globicon he was working with the German Express CFS (Chennai) until mid-2017.
